Adobe Systems has appointed Ross Bott to the new position of executive vice-president, product divisions. He was previously senior vice-president and general manager of the graphics professional product division.

Adobe also promoted Robert Roblin to executive vice-president, marketing. Colleen Pouliot was promoted to senior vice-president and general counsel. George Cacciopo has been appointed vice-president and general manager of Adobe's enterprise solutions division.

Kyle Mashima is now vice-president and general manager of the mass market division. Bruce Chizen is to be senior V-P and general manager of the graphics professional products division.

Jip van den Berg has been appointed President of Baan Business Systems Europe and vice-president Baan Investment. He succeeds Wim Vermaak, who will now be concentrating on expanding Baan Business Systems into Asia.Van den Berg was vice-president and Benelux manager of a subsidiary of Tandem Computers.

Onyx Software Corporation has appointed Roger Forder as its European general manager. Forder joins Onyx from PSDI, where he was general manager of the Scandinavian region.

Braid Systems, the financial technology company, has appointed Stuart Haddow as international sales manager for the UK, the Middle East and Africa.

The Knowledge Group has appointed Rick Whittall as sales manager. He joins from AT&T, where he headed a team of account managers.

Prestel Online has appointed Sigfrido Criscuolo as new marketing manager. Criscuolo joins from Saztec Europe, where he was sales and marketing manager.

Unify Corporation has appointed John Lazenby as consultant for European and international distribution. He joins from Datapro Computers.

ILOG has appointed Stuart Bagshaw as chief operating officer. He joins from Gemplus.
