Your support makes all the difference.Sir: Your front page report ("`Socialism' censored from Labour broadcast", 24 September) says that I ordered the word "Socialist" to be removed from a Labour Party broadcast. I did no such thing, and your story is a complete mystery to me, like much that I read in newspapers.
On a friendlier note, may I say how heartily I agree with David Aaronovitch that "spin doctors" are not as important as the press seems to think (Review, 24 September). I wish David could persuade the Westminster press of this.
