Sir: John Edmonds is right. The "fat cats" were greedy bastards before the general election;they are greedy bastards now.
They pay themselves or each other. They ignore the Government's fight against inflation by refusing to set any kind of example to their employees. They take credit for work done by others. To boost their own incomes and shareholder profits they will sack with minimal concern the very workers who contributed their success. They give each other share options which give them the opportunity to part-own a concern and to influence its policies free of the responsibilities of management. They have not created any real wealth.
And they have scared the Labour government half to death.
