A new video shows a group of Marvel actors assembling to film scenes for new Thor film, Love and Thunder.

Production is underway on Taika Waititi’s new film, which will see familiar faces from Marvel’s other franchises show up for appearances.

Chris Hemsworth is returning to play the lead character alongside Tessa Thompson (Valkyrie) and Natalie Portman, who’ll play Lady Thor.

Christian Bale has also been cast as Gorr the God Butcher.

While it was reported that select cast members from the Guardians of the Galaxy series, including Chris Pratt and Pom Klementieff, would appear in the new film, there is now video confirmation in a clip obtained by the Daily Mail that two more will also show up.

Arriving in Australia to shoot scenes for the film alongside Chris Pratt and Klementieff – who play Star-Lord and Mantis, respectively – were Dave Bautista (Drax the Destroyer) and Karen Gillan (Nebula).

The clip shows them arriving at their hotel as photographers take their pictures, with Gillan revealing on Instagram that she is now in quarantine.

It’s unknown whether Bradley Cooper, who plays Rocket Raccoon, will appear in the film as he only voices the character.

Thor: Love and Thunder is scheduled to be released in cinemas in February 2022.
