When Suicide Squad finally hit cinemas earlier this year, many fans of the DC comics were disappointed to discover that numerous scenes featuring the Joker had been cut from the final film.

Thankfully, the extended cut looks set to correct this, with 13 minutes of extra footage being added to the final film, including a plethora featuring Jared Leto’s dastardly villain.

Over at EW, they debuted an exclusive new clip in which Margot Robbie's character has a flashback. In short, we see pre-bleached skin Quinn chasing down the Joker’s purple Lamborghini, the lovers obviously not a couple just yet.

“You’re not leaving me, you’re not leaving me,” Quinn shouts at the culpable clown, having managed to make slam the breaks following a ridiculous motorbike skid. Watch the clip below.

Recently, the full trailer for the extended edition was released, featuring yet more new footage. Previously, Jared Leto said there was enough deleted footage to create an entire Joker film.

Suicide Squad extended edition is available on DVD and Blue-ray from the 13 December.
