Next James Bond: Emilia Clarke nominates herself and chooses the perfect 'Bond boy'

Your support makes all the difference.One of the best things about the current race to become the next James Bond is seeing fans becoming more interesting, and more diverse, in their choices; and that doesn't just stop at the fans, with a slew of actors also keen to register their interest, should the Bond producers come calling.
One of those actors is Khaleesi herself, Emilia Clarke; who recently told the Daily Star that, "I have a lot of unrealised dreams. I would love to play Jane Bond." Though she'd be facing plenty of competition from Gillian Anderson, who recently threw her name into the ring, alongside a whole squad of formidable women who'd be perfect choices for new a twist on the classic role.
That said, anyone who's a Game of Thrones fan will know Clarke's capable of playing a character not to be tested; and you could certainly imagine Daenerys coldly ordering a martini whilst taking down the bad guys with one hand.
She's also had plenty of practice in the action genre thanks to Terminator Genisys, though she recently shrugged off the idea she'll be appearing in the sequel. If you're still not convinced, Clarke also offered a suggestion for the perfect 'Bond boy' to accompany her; "My ultimate leading man would be Leonardo DiCaprio. No doubt about it."
Tom Hiddleston may be the current frontrunner for the role, but Skyfall and Spectre director Sam Mendes recently stated the next Bond will, "not be what you expect".
So, that means the Mother of Dragons is fair game, right?
