The clip, shared on Wednesday by Biden’s campaign, features Hamill watching and reacting to some of Trump’s past media appearances.
“I don’t know about you, but after four years of this administration, I’m exhausted,” the actor says in the beginning. “I’m getting ready to watch some videos of him, and if ever the Force would be with me I need it right now.”
Hamill is then seen watching a clip of Trump refusing to commit to a peaceful transition of power should he lose the 2020 presidential race.
“This is so frightening, because he said ‘The only way I can lose is if it’s a rigged election,'” Hamill says, paraphrasing Trump. “So he’s setting up the idea that unless he wins, it’s fraud. That’s truly dangerous.”
After a couple more clips play, Hamill says of Trump: “This guy couldn’t be president of the PTA [parent-teacher association]. He is easily the worst president ever.”
Hamill then urges voters to cast their ballots, telling them: “Voting is going on right now and everything is on the ballot, and we can’t be complacent. We have to fight until the end like we’re double digits behind.”
The actor, who portrays Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars film series, has criticised the Trump administration and other Republicans in the past.
He recently labelled Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell “pure evil” for laughing off questioning about coronavirus aid during a debate.
