In the lead roles are Emilia Clarke, in her first performance following the completion of HBO series Game of Thrones, and Crazy Rich Asians star Henry Golding.
Judging by the clip, this is a festive treat that Christmas film lovers around the world will lap up.
The film follows Kate (Clarke), who works year-round as an elf in a Christmas shop, and Tom (Golding), an all-round good guy who could be the man to finally break down Kate’s barriers.
Written by Emma Thompson and Bryony Kimmings, it marks the new release from Paul Feig, whose previous work includes Bridesmaids and the controversial 2016 all-female reboot of Ghostbusters.
The Independent previously reported the film would feature a previously unreleased George Michael song, which will be included on the album the star was working on before his untimely death.
Last Christmas will be released on 8 November in the US and 15 November in the UK.
