Hart was in the passenger seat of his 1970 Plymouth Barracuda when it veered off the road in Malibu and down a steep verge, where it hit a tree.
According to a police report obtained by Page Six, the car’s driver Jared Black was “driving recklessly” and caused the accident, which left Hart with “major back injuries”. According to reports, Hart was still in “excrutiating pain” a week after the crash.
Black’s fiancée Rebecca Broxterman was also in the car at the time of the crash, and sustained minor injuries.
Last month, the 911 call from the incident was released, in which an anonymous woman tells the operator Hart is “not coherent at all”.
She adds: “I don’t know what happened. He’s just here. He can’t move.”
In mid-September, Hart’s wife Eniko Parrish told TMZ cameras that her husband was “doing well” and “taking it one day at a time”.
