Of course, there were some huge surprises along the way, including one absolutely massive cameo that has cinemagoers around the world bewildered.
Those who have not seen Deadpool 2, turn around now, because the surprise of seeing this person’s face on screen makes for some amazing watching.

Yes, that really was Brad Pitt playing the Vanisher. The movie marks the Fight Club actor’s first ever appearance in a live-action superhero movie – not first ever superhero movie as the actor voiced Metro Man, a spoof of Superman, in Megamind.
Speaking to Inverse, director David Leitch explained how the cameo came about, saying the pair have been friends ever since Leitch acted as Pitt's stunt double on both Oceans 11 and Fight Club.
“I think it was a love of Deadpool and sort of what that sort of global phenomenon that it was,” Leitch added. “And, his kids loved it.”
The director, who previously helmed John Wick and Atomic Blonde, said the whole thing took around five minutes to film at Fox's studio. Hopefully, there will be some way for the creators to bring back Pitt for the inevitable X-Force movie.
