In the commercial, Biden is seen with his wife, Dr Jill Biden, on stage as well as meeting with supporters.
“America is a place for everyone,” the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood star begins. “Those who chose this country. Those who fought for it. Some Republicans. Some Democrats. And most, just somewhere in between.
“All looking for the same thing: Someone who understands their hopes, their dreams, their pain. To listen, to bring people together, to get up every day and work to make life better for families like yours.
“To look you in the eye, treat you with respect, and tell you the truth. To work just as hard to work for the people who voted for him, as the people who didn’t. To be a president for all Americans.”
Pitt is the latest celebrity to lend his support to Biden’s presidential campaign.
Among Biden’s other famous supporters are Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish, George Clooney, John Legend and Chrissy Teigen, Miley Cyrus, Robert De Niro, Tina Fey, Bruce Springsteen, Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, Dwayne Johnson, Samuel L Jackson, and Pitt’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood co-star, Leonard DiCaprio.
Jennifer Aniston, Pitt’s friend and ex-wife, recently shared an Instagram post urging her followers to use their vote “responsibly", as she also endorsed Biden.
