With Avengers: Infinity War arrives Marvel's biggest film yet, a superhero smorgasbord that it's been building to since Iron Man was released a whole decade ago. Last night (23 April), the film premiered in Los Angeles following which fans flocked to social media to share their spoiler-free reactions (there was a lot of excitement).
Those wanting to know how many post-credits scenes featured in the film could find out that very information should they be wanting to.
So, how many can fans expect to see? Just one.
Details on the sole scene are completely unknown, but it's a fair bet to assume that it will tease the final Avengers film which will be released next year, the title of which is being deemed a spoiler by Kevin Feige.
Otherwise, the scene will see characters Scott Lang and Hope van Dyne (played by Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly) take centre stage considering the next Marvel release will be Ant-Man and the Wasp in July.
Whatever goes down, fans will have to wait until the very end of the credits to see the scene.
Infinity War, which has shattered pre-sale records, will see superheroes including Captain America (Chris Evans), Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr) and Thor (Chris Hemsworth) colliding with the Guardians of the Galaxy - led by Zoe Saldana and Chris Pratt - as well as Spider-Man (Tom Holland) for the very first time.
Billed as “the beginning of the end” of this particular phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the Russo brothers-directed film tracks the villainous Thanos' hunt for the Infinity Stones as his rule over humanity inches ever closer to his grasp.
Avengers: Infinity War will be released in the UK on 26 April.
