Her debut no-budget film, The Boyfriend, a love story about domestic violence, has its premiere in London's Stratford Westfields on 25 February.

A film distributor saw the trailer on YouTube and showed it to the buying manager at Vue Cinemas, who gave her a one-off screening. The Essex resident who was a runner on Get Lucky after college is trying to raise money for the sequel, The Girlfriend, via donations of £10 per cinema ticket.
