Comedian Kathy Burke called Boris Johnson a “shambles of a human” for his coronavirus response in a series of tweets.

The Absolutely Fabulous star has used her social media to share posts condemning the Prime Minister for his inaction during the Covid-19 outbreak and on Monday afternoon launched her own scathing attack on Johnson and his supporters.

“It’s common sense not to vote Tory in the first f***ing place,” Burke tweeted, adding: “What a s*** show.”

A few minutes later, the actor wrote: “I don’t usually block. People have called me all the fat c***s under the sun on here and I still don’t block. But if you come here telling me you like that shambles of a human and all his c***y mates you can f*** right off.”

Asked by a fan what Johnson’s followers could see in him, Burke suggested that they could see “up his a*******”, before taking another dig at the Conservative politician in response to a tweet asking users to share the biggest false prediction they’d ever made.

“I said many a time that Boris will never be PM cos he’s a f***ing charlatan and people have enough common sense to see that,” she posted, adding an emoji with its eyes crossed and tongue out.

In March, Burke defended herself on Twitter after people “took offence” to a tweet about stockpiling biscuits before lockdown.
