Nigel, Delia, Rick and Ken should all be thrilled at the thought of a generation of foodie children limbering up to buy their future books. Star of the show, however, must be Anna Pavord's glorious-looking The Tulip which, despite costing a hefty pounds 30, keeps on inching up the lists. By next week it should have outstripped John Grisham.
