Prediction
Both teams will want to get on the ball and control possession, which could lead to an open match with counter-attacks aplenty and chances at both ends. Saints are more clinical, so they win.
87 mins: Oh my. Everton win a throw in on the left wing. It's thrown to Andre Gomes who runs the ball into the box, bursts through a couple of defenders and squares it to Calvert-Lewin. He shoots but misses to the left of the post. That should've been the equaliser.
88 mins: GOAL! Everton 1 - 1 Aston Villa - (Walcott)
This time it is the equaliser. Andre Gomes whips a great cross into the far post. Walcott wins the header and fires it at the back post. Reina is beaten and Konsa is unable to clear the ball before it crosses the line.
90 mins: It always seems to happen when a team drops off to hold onto their lead. Aston Villa have four added minutes to try and regain the lead.
90+4 mins: Everton win a corner with a minute to go. Reina grabs it out the air, Targett boots it long but McGinn fouls Sigurdsson and Aston Villa's last attack breaks down.
The final whistle goes. Aston Villa have to settle for a point.
Villa move level with Bournemouth on 31 points. Three away from safety. West Ham and Watford play each other tomorrow night in what is a huge game in the relegation battle.
Aston Villa have Arsenal and West Ham yet to play. They'll need to win at least one of those games if they want to escape the drop.
Aston Villa let two vital points slip out of their hands against Everton. Leicester netted twice to overcome Sheffield United, now Crystal Palace host Man Utd, who need three points to keep pace with Leicester. Follow the action here:
