The new champions began the day on 92 points, and with four games remaining they can set a new benchmark for top-flight points. However they will have to do it without their captain Jordan Henderson after he was ruled out for the rest of the campaign, and face a Burnley side in good form since the restart.

Burnley are in good form right now, and Liverpool are without their captain, but even Sean Dyche will struggle to come up with a way to stop Liverpool in full flow. Liverpool 2-0 Burnley.
10 min: Norwich threaten for the first time, working the ball patiently on the edge of the West Ham box. Vrancic has a shot blocked, then Stiepermann drags an effort wide.
11 min: Chances in both games! Newcastle go close from a corner, Shelvey picking out Almiron, whose close range effort is saved. At Norwich, Antonio meets a cross and forces Krul into a good stop.
GOAL! Norwich 0-1 West Ham (Antonio) 12 min
West Ham lead! Bowen's corner is flicked on by Diop and falls to Antonio, in excellent form since the restart. He makes no mistake, driving his finish home from a few yards out.
15 min: Norwich don't tend to do well coming from behind, and it wouldn't be surprising if their heads drop here. West Ham look stronger and quicker so far.
16 min: Close! Watford very nearly take the lead as Welbeck meets a cross at the back post and side-foots a volley at goal. It hits the post and then rolls across the line, before Lascelles hacks clear. Deeney thinks it's crossed the line, but a quick check confirms it hasn't.
18 min: Decent football from Norwich as Buendia slips a clever pass through to Hernandez. He gets to it first and rushes into the box, but Fabianski is out quickly to claim the loose ball.
19 min: Cresswell crosses from the left and Antonio is there again, awkwardly volleying over the bar on his left foot. He's proving too difficult to handle for Norwich at the moment.
22 min: Antonio gets away in behind the Norwich defence and does well to play in Bowen with a backheel. The winger is just crowded out before he can connect with his shot.
23 min: Pukki finds some space at the other end and heads wide from a Lewis cross. Norwich, again, are playing some nice football but lacking any real cutting edge.
GOAL! Watford 0-1 Newcastle (24 min) Gayle
Watford switch off from a corner, and Newcastle take advantage! Federico Fernandez, completely unmarked, flicks on and Gayle is on hand from a couple of yards out to tap in. A really poor goal to concede from the hosts' perspective.
