We go to the break goalless, in a game that has really lacked in quality when it comes to the final third. The hosts made the brighter start, with Richarlison going close as Sa was able to block his shot from a tight angle. An injury to Hwang killed Everton's early momentum though, and the visitors grew into the game. Jimenez went closest for Wolves, but Pickford was able to push his half-volley behind for a corner.
