O'Brien was hit by a car and suffered multiple injuries on the Vancouver set of the upcoming film Maze Runner: The Death Cure, according to reports by Variety and TMZ. The 24-year-old was taken to hospital in Vancouver, in Canada so he could be treated and monitored.
