Andrew and Tristan Tate have returned to Romania to face charges of human trafficking and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women. Andrew Tate also faces a rape charge.
The brothers, who hold dual US and British citizenship, deny all allegations.
A travel ban was recently lifted, allowing them to briefly visit the US, where Florida's Attorney General opened a criminal investigation into them.
The Tates are under judicial control in Romania and must appear before authorities when summoned.
Their return follows legal challenges and accusations of procedural irregularities in the Romanian case, as well as a separate lawsuit in the UK by four women alleging sexual violence and abuse.
