A US judge has ruled that Prince Harry's visa application files must be made public by Tuesday.
The ruling comes after a Freedom of Information request from the Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank, which questioned Harry's US entry due to past drug use admissions in his memoir, Spare.
The Heritage Foundation argued that any concealment of drug use on Harry's application should be disclosed as it raised questions about US government integrity.
The Department of Homeland Security, which was initially resistant, has agreed to release redacted versions of the documents.
President Donald Trump has stated he would not deport Harry over the claims.
